Conferences (In Person)

Setting Up for Conferences

We will send you boxes of printed marketing material as well as booth items. Please review your conference’s set-up guidelines to set up during your expected timeframe.

If you are sent an acrylic riser and additional black tablecloth, you can create a covered riser to display technology, brochures, or your computer with our virtual tour shown.

Standard Booth Components:

  • Graphic tablecloth *

  • Table runner

  • Acrylic table riser*

  • Door prize and sign

  • Pens and/or candy

  • Candy bowl

  • Lead collection cards

  • Lead collection bowl

  • Packing tape and scissors

  • SimplyHome devices to display* (Medication Dispenser, SH system with sensors, beacon)

  • Product chalk signs

  • Large pop-up banner

  • Portable handout display*

  • 100 Brochures

  • 50 (each) of all other printed handouts

* - Some items are in limited supply and may not be included in your kit during conference season.

Small Booth Components:

Same items as Standard booth, except:

  • Small pop-up banner (table-top) instead of large pop-up banner

  • 50 Brochures

  • 25 (each) of all other printed handouts


Packing and Shipping

  • Carefully close all banners and signs to avoid tears or other damage.

  • Fold tablecloths and runners neatly to avoid wrinkles where possible.

  • When boxing up the items to ship back to SimplyHome, pack carefully with the supplied bubble wrap and protective material to avoid damaging equipment. The brochure stands, flier encasements, and stand-up banners are very fragile.

  • Notify SimplyHome of any damages or stains so we can correct in a timely manner.

  • Ship your booth boxes with the supplied FedEx labels as close to the close of the conference as possible and notify SimplyHome you have dropped the boxes at a shipping location.
