  • 02-19-2024: Updated Videos, Handouts, Forms, and changes to our team

    • “NYALL Resource Guide” has been added to Handouts.

    • Product one-sheeters, the external Firefly Portal Guide, and Shift handouts have been updated and can be viewed under Handouts.

    • Ring Products can be integrated with our SimplyHome Firefly System. See attachment.

      7-08-21 Handouts updated, Ring Products can be integrated with the Firefly, Information for your 3G Customers, and changes to our team

    • “Technology First Provider Resource Guide” has been added to Handouts.

    • Product one-sheeters, the external Firefly Portal Guide, and Shift handouts have been updated and can be viewed under Handouts.

    • Ring Products can be integrated with our SimplyHome Firefly System. See attachment.

    • If you have customers that use our 3G products, please check with our Customer Service team on how your customers will be impacted by the 3G sunset. Customers must upgrade or cancel services by December 31, 2021.

    • Zac and Joseph no longer work for SimplyHome. We wish them luck in their career endeavors and will miss them on our team! Jefferson Haynes has a new role. His new title is Junior Systems Support Specialist.

  • 2-04-21 Firefly System Documents added to the Representative Portal

    • The “Quick Start Guide for the Firefly” can be accessed under the tabs Installation and Forms/Documents.

    • The “Firefly Portal Guide” and “Firefly Portal Dictionary” can be accessed under the tab Forms/Documents.

  • 1-20-21 Updates have been made to the Salesforce Price book Line Items:

  • 1-6-21- No NucleusCare Month to Month Service

    • The monthly service fee of $40 to lease the NucleusCare is no longer available. The only option available for interested providers is a yearly $480 fee to lease the device.
