New Provider Process

One of our goals for refining this process is to create more structure and clear expectations so we can be a unified team. We have gradually enhanced our current practices as we have added more representatives. Now we are ready to communicate this updated process!

We have realized it is crucial for new organizations and providers to have a streamlined, uniform process to follow. Each new organization or provider should be completing the same steps prior to technology integration. (Click on the graphic below to expand.)

When You Identify a New Provider or Organization:

  1. Please have them complete the Request for Information form, or complete it on their behalf.

    • If there have already been conversations regarding SimplyHome and its processes, please let us know this in the "Additional Information" section of this form so we aren't repeating information unnecessarily.

    • The Request for Info form also helps us get everything we need to set up the Lead/Account information in advance so you are not having to track down the information for us at a later time.

  2. SimplyHome's Business Development team will connect with the contact provided on the Request for Information form to schedule an introductory webinar. Representatives will be invited to the intro webinars.

  3. Post-webinar, the Business Development team will send a thank-you email to the new provider or organization, including the representative in the CC: line.

  4. Representatives will then be the primary contact to answer follow-up questions about their specific state or region, and to assist with direction to the appropriate intake forms, etc.
