Summary of Representative Roundtable #1 (9-9-19):

  • Our roundtables will help us with refining SimplyHome's rep processes. Our goal is to create a unified approach and standardize practices for SimplyHome Representatives.

  • The Rep Portal’s purpose will be to serve as the ‘main hub’ for representative updates, understanding your role, training courses, branding guidelines, and handouts/documents/policies.

  • The purpose of the Slack workspace for Reps: This workspace will be used as a Business Development platform only and as a way to build community between our reps in the field. Operational processes (help tickets, tech requests, connection to customer service and tech teams, etc) will continue to flow through the appropriate channels.

  • Tour of the navigation and content of the redesigned Rep Portal.
