For the past few years, SimplyHome has partnered with NucleusCare on our SimplyHome System to ensure providers have the tools to offer remote support to individuals in residential settings. By communicating with multiple sensors, the SimplyHome System observes activities of daily living (while providing privacy) and prompts the completion of daily routines, while also proactively alerting caregivers with texts or email alerts if assistance is needed. By using the NucleusCare device the caregiver or staff person can virtually drop-in on the person to remotely provide support or check-in after receiving an alert from the sensor system.
